Being active is proving more important than ever
before. Busy lifestyles often involve spending much of the day sat in
a car or at a desk. Recommended activity levels suggest everyone
should achieve 30 minutes activity 3 times per week. We can offer you
the facilities, equipment and support to help you make the most of the
time you have to be more active.
fitness suite equipment has been supplied by Technogym and has come
directly from the London 2012 Olympic Park.
You can enjoy interactive video screens (able to
access all Freeview channels, Facebook and
Twitter), iPod docking to listen to your choice of music and an
optional recording key system to monitor your progress and guide you
through your visits to our Fitness Suite. Muscular fitness is equally
as important, and we offer a selection of free weights alongside fixed
machines to ensure you have the variety to keep you motivated and the
equipment to reach your goals.
Having the best equipment is nothing without the
very best team of instructors to help you get the most out of it. Our
staff hold qualifications accredited by the Register of Exercise
Professionals (REPS) at either Level 3 or Level 4. We have the
experience of helping clients achieve goals from lifestyle and weight
loss to competitive sport and performance.
